The specialist is responsible for entering, verifying, cleaning, and managing data to support efficient record keeping and reporting.
Responsibilities
Enter and verify data accurately into databases and systems
Maintain organized records and file systems
Manage and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Generate reports based on data analysis
Support database management and organization
Assist with purchasing and inventory management data
Adhere to deadlines and follow a fixed daily workflow
Support job costing processes through precise data entry
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in data entry
Proficient in typing and keyboarding skills
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Effective time management and organizational abilities
Good communication skills
Knowledge of purchasing and inventory management processes
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
