Key Objectives

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data within company databases and systems.

• Ensure data integrity by verifying information and identifying discrepancies.

• Support various departments by providing timely and precise data management assistance.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from various sources into company databases with high accuracy.

• Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before entry.

• Update and maintain existing records to reflect current information.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies.

• Generate reports and provide data as needed to support business functions.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.

• Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and suggest enhancements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.

• Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
