- Play Detective: Spot, flag, and fix database mistakes to keep everything clean.
- Talk to Humans: Answer customer questions via email and phone with a friendly, upbeat tone.
- Keep It Neat: Organize digital and physical files so we can find anything in seconds.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some experience in data entry, customer service, or office work.
