Data Delivery lead responsible for the design and delivery of scalable data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines leveraging Databricks, dbt, Apache Airflow, etc. Deep experience in delivering Data Products in a medallion architecture, enabling the quality, access, security and availability of the data. Deep knowledge of the Databricks stack. Experience leading on / offshore delivery teams. Establishes data engineering standards, reusable pipeline templates, and CI/CD practices to accelerate factory-model delivery across multiple data product teams.
Priorities Phase 0 responsibilities:
1) Understand existing data documentation / review Data product backlog
2) Participate in the data and knowledge architecture review sessions
3) Establish the responsibilities for participation in the Functional workshops to define data needs
4) Validate and align on key data assumptions
5) Establish initial data backlog and priority factory requirements
