Description:
Position Summary: A Data Governance Analyst develops and implements data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across the organization.
Responsibilities: Create and enforce data governance policies and standards. Monitor and assess data quality and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data ownership and stewardship roles. Provide training and support on data governance practices. Prepare reports on data governance metrics and improvements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. Strong understanding of data governance frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with data governance tools and technologies. Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.G., GDPR, HIPAA).
