Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Input Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management and be able to accurately input and maintain data in our systems. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately input and maintain data in our systems, including client information, treatment plans, and progress notes

- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness

- Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed

- Continuously improve data management processes and systems

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection policies

- Experience in the healthcare or addiction treatment industry is a plus
