Kforce has a client that is seeking Data Integration & Reporting Analyst in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Integration & Reporting Analyst to support the integration management and visualization of data across enterprise systems. This role will focus on connecting and synchronizing data between Smartsheet, Microsoft Power BI, IBM Maximo, and related platforms using tools such as DataMesh, Data Shuttle, and other integration technologies. The ideal candidate will help ensure accurate, timely, and actionable data to support operational and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain data integrations between Smartsheet, Microsoft Power BI, IBM Maximo, and other enterprise systems. • Utilize integration tools such as DataMesh, Data Shuttle, APIs, and automation workflows to move and synchronize data. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI to support business and operational insights. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across integrated systems. • Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve data discrepancies. • Document data flows, integration processes, and reporting logic. • Support enhancements and continuous improvement of data and reporting solutions.
