These roles will focus on metrics-driven/quality root cause analysis (RCA), through expert labeling delivering actionable insights and providing foundational support for integrity. The contracts will help address increased demands for high-quality labeling and RCAs , operational insights and documentations support key workflow programs.Day to Day: Drive documentation of process enhancements, post-mortem learnings and best practices to improve Threads Operational efficiency, quality and resilience: data analytics. Support execution of internal initiatives. Enhance process documentation, SOPs and onboarding for new team members. Analyze data and metrics to identify tends, patterns to inform operational strategy. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.-Resolving escalations and appeals-Flagging anomalies-Doing analysis and reports-Auditing LLMs of other teams for threads contentKey Responsibilities:Conduct Robust RCAs and protocol labeling for workflow escalations and expert review for Threads Develop and deliver qualitative operational insights for program managers, policy, product and leadership through expert review labeling Drive documentation of process enhancements, post-mortem learnings and best practices to improve Threads Operational efficiency, quality and resilience Support execution of internal initiatives Enhance process documentation, SOPs and onboarding for new team members Analyze data and metrics to identify tends, patterns to inform operational strategy Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
