Data Maintenance Analyst

Payrate: $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
 
Summary:
The Analyst, Data Maintenance is responsible for supporting the global supplier on-boarding process, conducting various due diligence processes and risk controls. The role focuses on managing supplier and employee master data, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining update controls for all supplier/employee payment master records. This position involves coordinating data creation and change requests, ensuring appropriate controls for active supplier records, and maintaining accurate supplier/employee data in core payment systems. The role requires working in a complex, diverse, international, and multi-currency environment.
 
Responsibilities

• Manage incoming requests to set-up, monitor, and maintain supplier and employee master file information in Oracle and Ariba platforms.
• Act on and follow up open requests (Ask Now tickets) in a timely manner to ensure queries are completed within agreed timeframes (SLA).
• Serve as the primary contact for business queries, providing guidance and support regarding process steps.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Risk functions to align process requirements.
• Coordinate the on-boarding of new suppliers, including data validation, due diligence, data entry, and supplier set-up in core systems.
• Ensure compliant bank account set-up through appropriate controls.
• Provide ongoing reporting to determine the status of on-boarding or data change activities.
• Deliver periodic reports to demonstrate the performance of the function.
• Monitor and report on the status of new and in-flight work (tickets).
• Complete and maintain data maintenance process documentation.

 
Qualifications

• 2 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 3 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
• Background in Finance, Audit, Risk, or Compliance with a focus on operational controls.
• Experience with finance systems such as Oracle and Ariba is desired but not mandatory.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $23.00 - $25.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
