Data Management Analyst

We are currently seeking a Data Management Analyst to join our team in San Diego. This role is on-site.

What you'll do:

The Data Management Analyst will provide Configuration Management and Data Management support to the U.S. Navy's MIDS program office.

Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor data submissions
• Provide status reporting on MIDS industry data submissions as defined by the statement of work (SOW).
• Receive, handle, and transfer classified data via hard copy or by electronic means
• Review and consolidate functional change and enhancement requests for the MIDSvue database.
• Become proficient in MIDSvue operation
• Assist with the CM/DM processing of government approval and signature of letters (contractual, comments/approval, etc.)
• Provide a quality check to verify proper incorporation of all approved changes to the baseline documents
• Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC's clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC's clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in Data Management or combined two years of experience in two or more of the following areas:

• Data Management

• Planning, organizing, completing, and presenting assessments of Data Management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures

• Use of TopVue or similar data management tools such as DOORS and CMpro

• Knowledge of Department of the Navy Configuration Management processes.

• Bachelor's degree from an institution accredited in the United States or one additional year of configuration and data management experience

• Defense Acquisition University Configuration Management training

• Ability to obtain and maintain an active DOD Secret security clearance

• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients

• Attend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as required
