  • Ability to learn new systems, applications, and business processes quickly.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and validating operational or financial reports.
  • Experience in data management, business operations, reporting, analytics, or process-oriented operational support roles.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and working across multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
 
Position Summary

The Data Management Analyst supports facilities, refrigeration, and energy management programs through data analysis, system administration, reporting, process execution, and stakeholder coordination. This role is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, supporting operational processes, investigating exceptions, and ensuring the effective operation of multiple building and energy management programs.

This individual will partner with internal teams, offshore resources, and external vendors to support program execution, operational reporting, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute daily operational activities and special projects across multiple facilities and energy management programs.
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve data exceptions, system discrepancies, and operational issues identified through reporting and monitoring tools.
  • Review exception reports and support updates to equipment schedules, setpoints, and system records within Building Management Systems (BMS) by following established procedures and documented workflows.
  • Support refrigeration and HVAC program operations by maintaining accurate system data and ensuring adherence to established processes.
  • Review and verify automated system configurations for accuracy and escalate discrepancies when identified.
  • Analyze operational and program data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute operational, financial, and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders.
  • Track and report key program metrics, including work volumes, program performance, and financial impact.
  • Review contracts, program documentation, and system records to ensure information accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and update process documentation, standard operating procedures, and reporting methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners, offshore support teams, and third-party vendors to resolve issues and support ongoing program operations.
  • Communicate findings, trends, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
