What you will be doing in the role:

Collaborate across multiple departments to process quality documents, working in a department that supports an international staff. Daily tasks include:

• Entry of lease contract information into company databases and leasing platforms
• Process inventory transactions in ERP system
• Analyze inventory monthly to determine status of assets
• Process sales of equipment between subsidiaries
• Prepare monthly spreadsheets
• Prepare monthly vouchers for payments to banks and subsidiaries
• Entry of yearly budgets in accounting software
• Special projects
• Assistance to other departments within CSI

You will be a good fit for the role if you have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of data entry, administrative, operations or financial services experience preferred
• A desire to maintain accurate information with strong attention to detail
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information
