Position Title: Project Scheduler / Project Controls Analyst

About the Role
Join our Project Controls team where your expertise in data organization and project scheduling will be pivotal in delivering successful projects. You will play a key role in supporting project managers and stakeholders by ensuring accurate, detailed, and timely project data, facilitating informed decision-making, and driving project efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Schedule Development & Maintenance: Collaborate with project teams to develop, validate, and maintain comprehensive project schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project scope, objectives, and critical milestones.
- Schedule Analysis & Optimization: Identify critical paths, assess impacts of delays, and recommend mitigation strategies. Update and revise schedules regularly based on project progress and changes.
- Project Data Management: Organize, review, and ensure accuracy of project data, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), estimates, and contractor schedules to support effective project controls.
- Contractor Coordination: Review contractor schedule submittals, monitor compliance with project standards, and facilitate schedule integration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Reporting & Communication: Produce and distribute key schedule reports such as critical path analyses, lookahead schedules, milestone tracking, and variance reports. Communicate schedule status, risks, and potential impacts clearly to project teams and management.
- Baseline Management: Establish and update project baselines at each gate, maintaining a comprehensive record of schedule changes and ensuring alignment with project phases.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes, implement best practices, and contribute to the development of innovative data management solutions.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive experience with Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling tools.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling principles, WBS development, and critical path methodology.
- Proven ability to interpret complex project data and communicate insights effectively.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including contractors and project stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing complex data sets.
