Data Migration Engineer - Senior - 175304

Responsibilities: for the Senior Data Migration Engineer include: Lead the development, optimization, and execution of ETL/ELT pipelines supporting large-scale, multi-source data migration efforts. Design data mapping frameworks, transformation logic, data cleansing processes, and migration strategies for legacy-to-cloud transitions. Conduct advanced data integrity analysis, anomaly detection, validation testing, and remediation activities to ensure migration accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with Cloud Engineers, DevSecOps teams, Data Engineers, QA teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to support migration readiness and system integration. Mentor mid-level engineers, develop migration best practices and documentation, and proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting migration success. Required Qualifications for the Senior Data Migration Engineer include: 8+ years of experience supporting data migration, ETL/ELT development, data engineering, or large-scale data modernization programs. Experience designing and maintaining advanced ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud migration solutions, data transformation processes, and automation frameworks. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, leadership, and documentation skills supporting complex, high-volume data operations. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Active Top Secret Security Clearance required.
