Lead end-to-end data migration from Lawson S3 to Infor Cloud Suite Finance & Procurement, working closely with the Infor Data Migration Factory.
Serve as the primary data resource coordinating with the Infor Data Migration Factory (DMF) on extraction, transformation, conversion, loading, and migration validation activities.
Analyze Lawson data structures, tables, fields, dependencies, customizations, and data quality to support Infor Data Migration Factory requirements.
Develop, maintain, and document source-to-target data mapping, transformation rules, and migration specifications in coordination with Infor.
Create, manage, and document the project Data Registry, Data Dictionary, Data Lineage, and Data Migration inventory.
Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution across multiple migration cycles.
Develop SQL queries and validation scripts to verify migrated data, record counts, financial balances, and source-to-target reconciliation.
Lead mock migration cycles, Infor Data Migration Factory conversion cycles, UAT data conversion, and production cutover data activities.
Define data architecture and ensure alignment between Lawson, Infor Cloud Suite, Data Migration Factory, integrations, reporting, and analytics.
Provide strong hands-on expertise in Infor Birst Analytics, including data models, dashboards, measures, reporting, and analytical datasets.
Analyze existing Lawson reports and determine which reports should be migrated, redesigned, replaced, or retired.
Develop, validate, and document Finance and Procurement reports, dashboards, and analytics against Infor Cloud Suite FSM data.
Collaborate with Infor Data Migration Factory, Finance, Procurement, Technology, Infor consultants, and business SMEs to resolve migration and data issues.
Support integration and downstream data dependencies, including Infor ION, APIs, Boomi, reporting platforms, and data consumers.
