This role ensures a smooth and successful transition from legacy systems through structured data transformation, import, and validation processes.As part of the Implementation team, this individual works closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity, completeness, and alignment with system requirements. The role requires strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. This person serves as a key partner to Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful client go-lives and long-term customer success.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClean, normalize, and map incoming client data to ensure consistency and usability within the PatientNow platformExecute data imports using internal tools and pre-built templates while ensuring data integrity and completenessIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues throughout the implementation lifecycleCollaborate with Implementation Specialists to understand client use cases, business workflows, timelines, and technical requirementsCommunicate directly with clients to collect data files, clarify requirements, and guide them through migration best practicesProvide ongoing support to clients by answering data-related questions and ensuring proper formatting standards are followedPerform detailed quality assurance to validate imported data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with defined project scopeMaintain thorough documentation of data mappings, import history, validation results, and issue resolution for audit and support purposesWork closely with Development Operations to monitor, prioritize, and complete data import tasks within defined SLA expectationsContribute to the continuous improvement of migration processes, templates, internal tools, and documentationPartner with Product and Engineering teams to escalate data structure limitations, identify integration needs, and provide feedback on customer pain pointsConfigure and maintain automated lead intake solutions that connect client websites with the PatientNow EMR system, ensuring accurate and timely creation of prospective patient recordsCompetenciesTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:Adaptability - Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles. Prioritizes team and customer success over individual recognition.What We're Looking For2 to 4 years of experience in data migration, data analysis, implementation support, or a technical onboarding roleStrong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including experience working with CSV files, data mapping, and validationDemonstrated ability to work with large datasets and understand relational data structuresStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detailAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in a SaaS or B2B technology environmentAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, customer-facing environmentPreferredExperience working with SQL, APIs, or data integration tools such as Postman, Zapier, or ETL platformsFamiliarity with CRM, EMR, ERP, or other healthcare or business systemsBachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position does not have supervisory responsibilities.The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
