Job Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data within the Hotels segment. You will manage data quality from source to sales pipeline, implementing processes to deduplicate, enrich, and qualify leads. Additionally, you will address data issues and partner with sales teams to build trust in the data provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and deduplication of incoming prospect data.
- Define and manage lead qualification standards and SLAs.
- Maintain the health and structure of CRM account data.
- Resolve data-related escalations for sales representatives.
- Identify and implement AI for data processing improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on CRM experience
- Strong data quality instincts
- SQL for data analysis
Experience in a B2B or marketplace environment is required, ideally with at least 5-6 years in data operations or Go-To-Market engineering.
