Data Operations Analyst

About the Role

This role is dedicated to client engagements, focusing on both data integration and reporting. It contributes to the organization by ensuring the data value chain is maintained from data importation to the delivery of insightful analytics. The role supports the operational growth by automating processes wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver data and analytics work for assigned client engagements, including pipelines, imports, data rollups, and reports.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and SQL logic for client data, including multi-source or state-level rollups.
• Develop Power BI and paginated reports through a standard ticket and review process.
• Contribute to the client's data dictionary and mapping documentation.
• Document processes thoroughly to enable seamless handover to team members.

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years of experience in data integration (ADF or SSIS, T-SQL) and BI (Power BI, paginated reports).
• Experience working directly within a client engagement, alongside project managers.
• Strong documentation habits and self-direction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with state or local government data; public health or regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric; Python.
