Job Title: Data Operations Associate 
Duration: 12 Months Contract
100% Remote

Description: The main responsibilities of the Data Operations Associate is to provide operational data stewardship for clients of the Data Governance & Stewardship Center of Excellence. Resource will need to be able to review client's customer profile data in order to make required changes based on clearly defined business rules. Experience in Life Sciences Pharmaceutical customer profile data HCP - Healthcare Professional and HCO - Healthcare Organizational data is desired along with good communication and work management skills. Immediate availability also a requirement for this position.

• Review and resolve MDM (Reltio) Priority queues defined in Project scope:
• Adhere to defined SLAs for MDM resolution:
• Conduct data investigation and lineage research as needed
• Perform professional customer demographic research
• Ensure compliance to agreed upon processes and procedures
• Education: pursuing degree (desired)
• Microsoft Office knowledge required (Excel/Outlook/Word)
• Experience with MDM applications is desired
