Data Platform Engineer - Charlotte, NC - Contract - $40-50 per HR
Seeking a skilled professional for a challenging role in a dynamic environment. Based in Charlotte, NC, this onsite contract position requires expertise in cloud architecture and platform engineering. The role involves designing and implementing scalable solutions using cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop reusable modules and automate provisioning frameworks using infrastructure as code.
- Manage cloud services, including compute, storage, and networking.
- Orchestrate and manage container deployments.
- Implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Enhance platform efficiency through scripting and automation.
Qualifications
- 10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in cloud architecture.
- Proven expertise in infrastructure as code and automation.
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration and management.
- Strong skills in scripting languages for platform engineering.
- Relevant certifications in cloud architecture are preferred.
