Salary: $130,000 – $155,000

Key Responsibilities for the Data Platform Lead:
• Lead and evolve enterprise data strategy across engineering, analytics, and reporting
• Design and implement a SQL Server-based data warehouse
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines, data models, and BI solutions
• Establish data governance, quality, and documentation standards
• Mentor and guide a team of data professionals
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable data insights
Qualifications for the Data Platform Lead:
• 5+ years in a data leadership role (Data Platform Lead or similar)
• Advanced expertise in T-SQL and Power BI
• Strong background in data modeling, ETL, and SQL-based systems
• Proven ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on technically
