Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services R4 is a joint venture between Rheinmetall a globally leading supplier of defense and automotive products and 4iG Hungarys leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetalls local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. As a Data Platform Operations Coordinator you will be the organizational and communicative interface within the Data Platform team. You will ensure that requirements processes and documentation mesh smoothly-with a strategic eye for efficiency quality and good teamwork.
In sprint meetings you will moderate provide guidance and steer the process. In doing so you will act in part as a SCRUM Master guiding the team through the processes ensuring clear communication and identifying obstacles as early as possible in order to remove them within the scope of your capabilities or if necessary escalate them with a focus on a possible solution.

Sprint support & issue management You will create and maintain Jira issues during the sprint ensuring clear descriptions correct assignment and up-to-date information. In doing so you will actively support the team in organizing their work and take responsibility for the sprint structure.
Requirements Management & Meeting Documentation You document project meetings with internal and group-wide colleagues collect requirements and ensure that open issues are tracked and clarified-even with less tech-savvy stakeholders. You ask targeted questions to enrich technical discussions and bring in new perspectives.
Documentation maintenance & technical handover You prepare Confluence documentation so that our technicians can efficiently implement the provision of our products. Your how-to pages and explanations create clarity and independence within the team.
Service request handling & peripheral issues You coordinate ServiceNow requests e.g. for access rights to new servers and take care of related organizational tasks that support operations. In doing so you maintain an overview of accompanying processes and ensure smooth operations.
Process optimization & team efficiency You analyze and improve processes-from the initial customer request to the delivered technical solution. With predefined Jira issues understandable documentation and clear responsibilities you create standards that save time and ensure quality. You identify potential and proactively contribute ideas to achieve noticeable improvements as efficiently as possible.
Communication & Coordination You work closely with the Service Owner & Lead and the entire team prepare process changes and introduce them to the team. You manage coordination present proposals and support their implementation. In doing so you act as a reliable interface between the team customers and tools.
Quality assurance & sustainability You ensure that the rules of thumb for Jira are adhered to and that defined workflows are followed and documented accordingly.
What you will need for successful work Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
Confident use of tools such as Jira Confluence ServiceNow SharePoint Teams and Excel
Experience with database management systems desirable
High level of commitment ability to work in a team and resilience
Intercultural competence and willingness to travel occasionally
Enthusiasm for development work and further development in the context of IT transformation
Independent self-organized structured professional work
Assertiveness flexibility intercultural competence and willingness to travel
Systematic thinking methodical approach and creativity
Fluent English and German verbally and by writing
