    Job Description

     Position Title: Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity Associate
    Salary Range: $225,000 - $445,000

    About the Opportunity

    Advises clients on privacy/cybersecurity compliance, manages breach responses, drafts policies and agreements, conducts risk assessments, and provides training. Works with clients across multiple sectors including financial services and healthcare.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3+ years legal experience in privacy/cybersecurity
    • J.D. degree, Massachusetts Bar admission
    • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and other global frameworks
