support daily administrative and data management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Input, verify, and update large volumes of data in company databases and spreadsheets.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
Identify and correct data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Generate routine reports and summaries based on data entries.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
Assist with filing, recordkeeping, and digital organization of documents.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data exchange.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training in data management or office administration is a plus.
Strong typing and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
