A leading financial services organization is seeking a Data & Product Analyst to support enterprise data initiatives, product analytics, and governance efforts within a complex data ecosystem. This role will partner closely with product teams, engineering, business stakeholders, and data management groups to transform large datasets into actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines strong SQL and analytical expertise with experience supporting enterprise data environments, governance initiatives, and product-focused analytics. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives involving data quality, reporting, ETL validation, and business intelligence within a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting solutions for stakeholders.
Write and optimize advanced SQL queries, validation scripts, and stored procedures.
Support ETL/ELT validation and enterprise data integration processes.
Partner with product managers, engineers, architects, QA teams, and business users.
Contribute to data governance, master data management, and data quality initiatives.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Support operational reporting and product performance analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong hands-on SQL expertise across enterprise database environments
Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Snowflake, MySQL, or Sybase
Experience supporting ETL/ELT workflows and enterprise data operations
Knowledge of master data management and data governance principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience collaborating across technical and business teams
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable data insights
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience with Snowflake or cloud-based data platforms
Familiarity with Informatica, Talend, or similar ETL tools
Exposure to experimentation frameworks or customer analytics
Understanding of data lineage and metadata management
Financial services or mortgage industry experience
