Bachelor’s degree required.
8+ years of project/program management experience with strong technical delivery exposure.
3–5+ years of experience managing SAP ERP (ECC/SAP S/4HANA) data initiatives.
Hands-on experience with SAP data migration, MDM, data governance, or SAP data transformation programs.
Strong understanding of SAP data processes, objects, migration approaches, and integration dependencies.
Experience working with SAP technical teams, functional consultants, data teams, and system integrators.
Strong experience managing technical workstreams, risks, issues, and dependencies.
SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Data Services, SAP BODS, or similar migration tools.
Experience managing SAP testing, cutover, reconciliation, and data validation activities.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale transformation programs.
Lead and manage SAP Data Management workstreams within an S/4HANA transformation program.

Coordinate with SAP functional/technical teams, data architects, developers, business SMEs, and system integrators.

Track migration activities, testing cycles, defects, reconciliation, and remediation efforts.
Support SAP S/4HANA implementation phases including design, build, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
