Job Title: Data QA Lead
Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite)

Job Description:

Role Descriptions: Required Skills (Mandatory)

Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL
Extensive experience in ETL testing and data pipeline validation
Deep understanding of ETL architecture and data warehousing concepts
Proven ability in root cause analysis of data issues
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading data testing or QA teams.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with SAS
Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica| Talend| SSIS)
Knowledge of data orchestration tools (Airflow)Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS| Azure| GCP)
Experience with test automation frameworks.
Skills: Python for Data Science, ORACLE SQL, Ab Initio Data Architecture and Modeling
Experience Required: 6-8 Years
Essential Skills: ETL Testing

Domain Expertise-

Strong understanding of Banking and Financial Services
Experience working with:
Financial data systems
Regulatory and compliance requirements
Data reconciliation and reporting
