Description
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Quality & AI Analyst in Juno Beach, FL.
Summary: We are seeking a Data Quality & AI Analyst to drive enterprise data integrity while supporting the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance automation, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency. This role combines data governance, quality assurance, analytics, and emerging AI technologies to improve business processes and support data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate has strong experience in data quality management, SQL, analytics, and data governance, along with exposure to machine learning, predictive modeling, and AI-enabled business solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Data Quality & Governance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain data quality standards, controls, and governance processes
- Monitor, profile, and analyze enterprise data to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and quality issues
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and standardization activities
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring data issues
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve data collection, integration, and management processes
- Create reports, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor data quality metrics and trends
- Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
AI & Advanced Analytics:
- Support the development and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes
- Assist in designing, testing, deploying, and monitoring predictive analytics and machine learning models
- Partner with engineering, operations, and business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and decision support
- Utilize data analytics and machine learning techniques to generate actionable insights and recommendations
