Position Summary

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting audit readiness and compliance activities by collecting, validating, analyzing, tracking, and reporting compliance-related data. This role involves coordinating with subject matter experts to obtain audit-related information, maintaining readiness trackers, and preparing reports for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-audit readiness activities by collecting and organizing information for audits.
• Monitor audit readiness activities and maintain tracking tools.
• Follow up with subject matter experts to obtain required documentation and data.
• Identify and resolve missing or inconsistent information to ensure audit preparedness.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Perform data quality reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop reports, scorecards, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Present data and findings clearly and concisely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, compliance, audit support, or related business operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferences

• Experience supporting audit, compliance, regulatory, or risk management functions.
• Experience in preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Knowledge of electric utility operations.
• Familiarity with Transmission, Distribution, and Substation operations.
• Understanding of audit readiness, controls, compliance monitoring, or regulatory requirements.
