Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking detail-oriented Data Quality Analysts for an exciting project opportunity supporting a large, well-established global manufacturing organization.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, researching information, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy across multiple systems. Qualified candidates should be comfortable performing detailed, repetitive analytical tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
Position Details:

- Schedule: To Be Determined; availability for collaboration during U.S. Eastern Time business hours required

Job Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and compare information across multiple databases and online resources.
- Research and verify product information, part numbers, and cross-reference data.
- Review AI-generated or AI-processed data to identify inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
- Investigate discrepancies and make necessary corrections to ensure data accuracy.
- Update and maintain accurate records within internal databases and systems.
- Perform detailed online research to confirm product and technical information.
- Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure consistency.
- Manage assigned workloads while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations.
- Participate in virtual training, team meetings, and project updates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in data entry, data validation, quality assurance, research, or database maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to research information independently and verify accuracy.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience with data cleansing, data verification, or database management.
- Experience reviewing AI-generated information for accuracy.
- Familiarity with product catalogs, inventory databases, or part-number cross-referencing.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, or technical data environments.
Prior automotive or truck parts experience is not required. Programming or advanced coding experience is not necessary.
