An organization in New Jersey is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to support partner reporting, data reconciliation, and reporting infrastructure improvements. This role combines detailed data audit work with system-building responsibilities to help strengthen data integrity and reporting workflows.
About the Opportunity:
Shift: day shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday, hybrid (two days per week in office)
Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Setting: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Audit partner reporting data across multiple systems and storage locations to identify missing, incomplete, and unsubmitted records.
Build and maintain a structured data gap registry and track reporting status by agency, year, and submission outcome.
Digitize historical paper records and undigitized files, then reconcile entries against existing records for accuracy.
Develop and improve intake, validation, storage, and reporting workflows to replace manual processes.
Create and document reporting infrastructure, naming conventions, data standards, and supporting outputs for long-term maintainability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in data analytics, public health, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, automation, or monitoring.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Experience with data analysis software such as Python or R.
Experience working with CRM or reporting systems.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or CRM customization.
Experience in nonprofit or food security environments.
Experience building automated reporting or data workflows.
