This role is responsible for developing recurring reports maintaining dashboards identifying trends and translating complex data into clear insights for business leaders and cross-functional teams.As an Data Reporting Analyst you will Collect organize analyze and validate data from multiple internal systems and data sources. Develop update and maintain recurring reports dashboards scorecards and ad hoc reporting requests. Use reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau Excel or similar platforms to present business insights clearly. Write modify and validate SQL queries to extract and analyze data from relational databases. Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements define metrics and translate needs into reporting solutions. Monitor report accuracy investigate discrepancies and support data quality improvement efforts. Identify trends patterns risks and opportunities within operational financial workforce or business performance data. Document reporting logic metric definitions data sources and standard operating procedures.This is a Full Time opportunity.The ideal Data Reporting Analyst candidate will have Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Business Analytics Information Systems Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Finance Business Administration or a related field equivalent experience may be considered. 1-3 years of experience in data reporting business intelligence analytics operations reporting or a similar analytical role. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including formulas pivot tables charts and data validation. Experience with SQL or relational databases including querying filtering joining and summarizing data. Experience creating or maintaining dashboards reports or data visualizations. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accurate reliable and timely reporting. Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and communicate status updates effectively.
