We are seeking an experienced manager who will play a pivotal role in driving strategic survey analytics across the university. This position will be responsible for executing, interpreting, and analyzing survey projects and datasets to support strategic planning, operational improvements, and institutional planning.
The Survey Manager oversees a team that serves as the university's primary point of contact for institutional survey coordination, overseeing the full lifecycle of surveys administered to students, faculty, and staff. This role leads the development, execution, and maintenance of data driven processes, applications, and reporting systems that support institutional research and strategic decision making. Acting as a subject matter expert in survey methodology, the Survey Manager offers consultative services to campus partners to design rigorous research instruments, ensure methodological integrity, and translate survey findings into actionable insights. The manager combines advanced technical skills in survey research methods, data analysis, reporting, and visualization with a deep understanding of the university context. The manager ensures the generation of executive level qualitative and quantitative analyses, communicating results clearly and accurately, and enabling survey data to be leveraged by the university.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in social science, data analysis, data visualization, and collaboration with decision-makers and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels:
Supervisor, Data / Reporting Analytics Management: Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience or a master's (or equivalency) degree.
Senior Supervisor, Data / Reporting Analytics Management: Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 4 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience.
Manager, Data / Reporting Analytics Management: Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.
