Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Data Risk Analyst.
This position is a hybrid role located in the Pensacola, FL region, offering a 4-month contract.
You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating data-related risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Support data governance tasks and procedures, including data transfer authorizations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Assist in developing and maintaining data governance policies and standards.
Monitor compliance with internal and external data regulatory requirements.
Contribute to data incident investigations and remediation tracking.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science or Risk Management.
5 years of experience in risk management, data governance, or compliance.
Strong understanding of data risk concepts, including privacy and security.
Proficient in data analysis tools like spreadsheets and data visualization software.
Excellent communication skills for translating complex issues to non-technical audiences.
