We are seeking a senior Data Science and Analytics Engineer to build and scale enterprise AI solutions that improve business operations, decision-making, and customer outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll partner across technology and business teams to deliver production-grade machine learning and analytics platforms.
You'll help establish AI engineering best practices while mentoring technical teams and driving adoption of modern cloud-based analytics capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design enterprise AI and machine learning solutions
Build scalable analytics pipelines
Develop production ML models
Implement MLOps best practices
Partner with engineering teams to deploy AI applications
Collaborate with business stakeholders
Mentor technical teams
Improve operational processes through AI
Role Requirements:
10+ years in Data Science or AI Engineering
Strong Python and SQL
Databricks and Spark
Cloud platform experience
Production ML deployments
MLOps experience
Leadership experience
Excellent communication
Bachelor's degree

Banking or financial services
