Akkodis is seeking a Data Science and Machine Learning Specialist for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate has proven ability to design and implement advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and scalable data solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and business impact.
Rate Range: $55/Hour to $60/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Data Science and Machine Learning Specialist Job Responsibilities include:
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives and data-driven decision-making.
Design, develop, and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and predictive analytics solutions to address business challenges.
Apply advanced analytics techniques, including data mining, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data science methodologies to extract meaningful insights.
Develop and optimize scalable data processing, data augmentation, and model deployment frameworks to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate analytical needs into solutions, and present findings effectively.
Continuously research and evaluate emerging data science, machine learning, and analytics technologies to enhance analytical capabilities and drive innovation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor''s or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, data mining, statistical analysis, and developing scalable analytical solutions.
Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, build data-driven insights and dashboards, and translate business requirements into actionable analytics recommendations.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
