Data Science Platform & DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Data Science Platform & DevOps Engineer to support data-oriented applications, cloud platforms, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills along with hands-on experience in GitHub, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud services, automated testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, data science platforms, or DevOps delivery.
• Strong hands-on Python development experience, including data-oriented applications, APIs, packages, testing frameworks, and dependency management.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Strong experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, pull-request controls, and release automation.
• Experience with AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation, or comparable Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Experience integrating analytics applications with:
  • Cloud storage
  • Databases
  • Query services
  • Semantic layers
  • Reporting tools
• Experience with automated testing, deployment validation, environment management, monitoring, and production support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent technical documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong combination of Python + DevOps + Data Engineering/Data Science Platform experience.
• Hands-on production experience with cloud infrastructure and automation.
• Experience supporting analytics/data applications through development, deployment, and production.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure, and deployment layers.
