Data Science Software Engineer - up to $250K - FS Poly

Our client has supported the warfighter and national security for over 35 years while maintaining the energy, agility, and flat hierarchy of a startup. They specialize in the mission-critical platforms that keep global finance and major infrastructure running by building secure, end-to-end systems that handle high-consequence data and ensure operational integrity on a massive scale. Engineers stay here long-term because of the rare combination of mission stability and a genuine investment in professional growth, fostered by a culture that respects autonomy and rewards technical mastery through a people-first mindset. To support this, they offer a heavy-hitting benefits package: a 10% 401(k) contribution, annual bonuses, 31 days of leave, and 100% company-paid dental, vision, and disability insurance. They believe in supporting their team where it matters most: with full tech reimbursements and paid certifications, they make it easy to level up your skills while working on high-impact projects as the company scales. If you are looking to skip the corporate hoops and join a team that trusts you to do your job, this is the place for you.

They are seeking a Data Science Software Engineer to join their team.
