Job Description:
Design and implement AI/ML models focusing on GenAI, LLMs, ML models, and RAG architectures
Develop and fine-tune chat and voice bots (optional)
Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications using Azure AI and App Services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases and deliver AI-powered features
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners, both internally and externally
Ensure responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, explainability, and compliance
Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance
Stay up to date with the latest AI and machine learning technologies and trends
Evaluate and assess new tools and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
Contribute to internal AI/ML knowledge sharing and mentoring initiatives
Adhere to employment contract terms, company policies, procedures, and directives, including potential transfers, role or shift changes, flexible work policies, alternative arrangements, and other business-driven decisions
Acknowledge that the company may adopt, modify, or withdraw policies and directives at its sole discretion without limitation
