Data Scientist

Kforce's client is seeking a highly technical Data Scientist/Analytical Pipeline Developer to join a growing analytics team in Altamonte Springs, FL. This role sits at the intersection of Data Science and Data Engineering, with a stronger emphasis on production-level data science. The ideal candidate will go beyond exploratory analysis and notebooks to design, build, deploy, and monitor end-to-end analytical pipelines in a production environment. This individual will play a key role in scaling analytics capabilities beyond traditional reporting and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end analytical pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, modeling, deployment, and monitoring
• Develop production-ready solutions using Snowflake, Python, and SQL
• Move analytical work beyond notebook environments into scalable, maintainable systems
• Build and support data pipeline tools and internal applications (e.g., Streamlit or similar frameworks)
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions
• Ensure data solutions are performant, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards
• Evaluate and apply trade-offs in model development and deployment to balance accuracy, performance, and maintainability
• Contribute to the evolution of the team's analytics platform beyond Power BI/dashboard-focused environments
