In this role, analytical support is provided to assist with business processes and metrics. With this data, valuable reports and infographics from Excel and Tableau are used to make critical decision in support of the human resources and the office.\n \nKey Responsibilities\n\n Work closely with team to convert legacy data (Comma Separated Values/CSV) to Excel for analysis in Tableau.\n Work to collect requirements and generate recommendations for system improvements and updates based upon priorities.\n Prepare business data metric reports and infographics for the office to assist with decisions.\n Evaluate current business tools and processes, propose best practices, facilitate improvements, and monitor and report on effectiveness.\n Provide briefings and assist with on-boarding process briefings, system trainings, and documents.\n \nRequired Qualifications\n\n Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph\n Bachelor's Degree preferred\n Minimum of 3 years with direct, relevant customer experience\n Demonstrated experience using Excel and Tableau to perform data analysis, to include writing formulas and basic coding for analysis.\n Demonstrated experience creating insightful and focused infographics (data visualizations) in Excel and Tableau.\n Demonstrated experience crafting technical requirements and user stories.\n Demonstrated experience conducting briefings, providing instruction, and creating reference materials.\n Demonstrated experience performing small-scope business process analysis to identify areas of opportunity for integration and efficiency.\n Demonstrated experience clearly drafting, defining, communicating, and implementing metrics-based and workforce-vetted process improvements.\n* Demonstrated experience identifying, proposing, and facilitating the implementation of comprehensive and multi-modal knowledge management best practices.\n \nBelong, Connect and Grow at KBR\n \nAt KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
