Must Have Technical/Functional Skills -

Python, SQL, statistical analysis, experimentation, and machine learning Feature engineering, model selection, validation, and explainability Experience with cloud data platforms, notebooks, pipelines, and model lifecycle practices Ability to translate business problems into measurable analytical objectives Data quality, privacy, bias, and responsible AI awareness Retail, healthcare, pharmacy, customer analytics, or regulated data experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities -

Define the business problem, hypotheses, success metrics, and analytical approach. Explore, prepare, and validate structured and unstructured data. Develop, compare, and validate statistical, machine learning, or AI models. Partner with engineering and platform teams to operationalize solutions. Design experiments and communicate findings, limitations, and recommendations. Monitor model performance, drift, quality, fairness, and business impact. Document assumptions, lineage, methodology, and governance requirements.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Strong analytical storytelling and stakeholder communication skills. Collaborative, curious, outcome-oriented, and rigorous in handling data.
