Role description
Senior technical AI governance specialist with strong experience in
AI ML and model lifecycle management
Model testing and validation
Enterprise AI architecture
Cybersecurity and risk management
Banking and regulatory governance
Support functions including
Governance forums and operating cadence
Regulatory and audit interactions
Coordination with model owners and delivery teams
Review of model testing and validation outputs
Governance documentation evidence management and approvals
Daytoday AI governance administration
Purpose of the Team
This team provides the technical and regulatory depth required to effectively challenge AI design decisions assess and mitigate risk and operate AI governance at scale
Key Capabilities Required
Program and portfolio management
Crossfunctional stakeholder managementa
Executive and regulatory communication
Process design standardization and documentation
Issue risk and escalation management
ROI assessment and AI business case evaluation
AI architecture and platform literacy
Model performance and validation testing
Cybersecurity and resilience awareness
Regulatory compliance and governance oversight
Audit management and evidence preparation
Strong analytical and quantitative discipline
The need for these capabilities is reinforced by both the staffing demand and recent internal and external audit findings
Control Activities Supported by the Team
Centralized AI usecase intake and inventory management
Risk classification and approval workflows for highrisk use cases
Definition and maintenance of RACI standards and governance evidence
Coordination of architecture security compliance and risk reviews
Execution and oversight of
Performance testing
Security and resilience testing
Adversarial and bias testing
Vulnerability and robustness testing
Monitoring of KRIs risk indicators and remediation plans
Governance forum planning administration and followups
Audit and regulatory response management
Ongoing oversight of highrisk AI use cases including stop decisions and escalations where required

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Compensation range: $ 88,491.00 to 116,360.00 per year
