Data Scientist Graduate (E-Commerce Governance) - 2027 Start

The Governance and Experience Algorithm team was established in September 2020 and its main job is to support the following businesses with the most advanced AI technology

• Combat any kinds of risks/violations issues in E-commerce scenarios.
• Build an E-commerce ecosystem and improve platform service capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop scientific metrics to measure success of E-Commerce governance and experience team.
• Develop the credit system for merchants and creators to incentivize good behavior.
• Work closely with engineers and product managers, and drive project execution and iteration by clear problem scoping and design Minimum Qualifications:
• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economy or a related discipline. • Proficient in at least one software programming language, such as SQL/R/Python.
• Good self-driving ability and team cooperation ability, strong sense of responsibility, willingness and ability to challenge oneself and learn new knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experiences in Hadoop/Spark/Storm and other computing platforms and tools.
• Hands-on experience in open source machine learning frameworks such as pytorch and tensorflow.
