Your day may include analyzing trends, building or refining statistical models, preparing and validating data, and creating dashboards and visualizations that help stakeholders interpret results, while balancing independent analytical work with collaboration and knowledge sharing.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

  • Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to address business and operational questions, supporting data driven decision making across the organization.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and self service analytics tools that enable stakeholders to access insights efficiently and independently.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation across multiple internal data sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of analytical outputs.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights and visualizations that are accessible to non technical audiences and support effective communication.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional partners in Finance, R and D, Commercial, Operations, and IT to understand business needs and deliver analytical solutions that drive impact.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred and may substitute for some years of experience.
  • Work Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related technical roles, with demonstrated application of analytical skills in a business or applied research environment.
  • Analytical and Modeling Skills: Experience applying statistical methods, predictive modeling techniques, and exploratory data analysis to solve real world business problems and support decision making.
  • Data Visualization and Communication: Ability to create clear and effective dashboards, reports, and visualizations, and to communicate analytical findings to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
