What You'll Do

  • Support data science and analytics projects by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large and complex datasets.
  • Assist in the development and validation of predictive models and statistical analyses to support clinical and operational use cases.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate findings in a clear and accessible way.
  • Interpret data trends and patterns to help inform decision-making across clinical and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data science, analytics, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Contribute to the documentation and presentation of insights, methods, and results to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain accuracy, data integrity, and confidentiality while working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You Bring:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree required in IT, Computer Science, or related degree program
  • Basic understanding of hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and maintain confidentiality
