What You'll Do
- Support data science and analytics projects by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large and complex datasets.
- Assist in the development and validation of predictive models and statistical analyses to support clinical and operational use cases.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate findings in a clear and accessible way.
- Interpret data trends and patterns to help inform decision-making across clinical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data science, analytics, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Contribute to the documentation and presentation of insights, methods, and results to technical and non-technical audiences.

What You Bring:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree required in IT, Computer Science, or related degree program
- Basic understanding of hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and maintain confidentiality
Preferred:
