Job Summary:
This role focuses on transforming complex sales data into clear, actionable insights for sales teams. You will be responsible for developing end-to-end data solutions that inform strategic decisions and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate is an independent problem-solver with a knack for communicating technical findings to a business audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards.
- Enhance and manage data pipelines and sources.
- Consolidate and prepare large datasets for analysis.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to measure impact.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address business needs.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience building data visualizations using BI tools.
- Experience using AI-enabled analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end.
Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in a sales-driven or revenue-focused industry is highly preferred, enabling a deep understanding of sales metrics and strategies.
