Job Title : Data Scientist Location: San Antonio, TX – Onsite Duration: 6 Months
Salary Range: $40.00 - $48.00/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits). Applicants must be willing to work on W2.
Role Description
Analyze digital customer behavior across web and mobile channels to generate actionable business insights and recommendations.
Leverage Adobe Analytics to measure customer engagement, digital experience performance, conversion funnels, and campaign effectiveness.
Develop and deploy predictive models, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies to support marketing and business objectives.
Extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets using Snowflake, SQL, and Python to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, digital marketing teams, and product owners to define KPIs, success metrics, and analytical requirements.
Deliver dashboards, reports, and executive presentations that translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes.
Perform customer journey, attribution, retention, and behavioral analytics to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize digital experiences and drive data-driven decision making.
Ensure data quality, governance, and adherence to enterprise analytics standards and best practices.
Provide strategic recommendations based on analytical findings to support business growth, customer experience enhancement, and operational efficiency.
