Job Title: Data Scientist
Duration: 6 Months Long Term
Location: Washington, DC 20433
Hybrid Onsite: 4 days per week from Day 1, with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon.

• Build scalable data pipelines and AI workflows using modern engineering practices and cloud-native data platforms.
• Develop end-to-end AI-assisted analytical workflows leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP, and machine learning models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, research teams, product owners, and leadership to gather requirements and define scalable AI solution architectures.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions with enterprise applications through REST APIs, microservices, and modern data engineering frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging AI/GenAI tools, frameworks, and technologies, conducting POCs and recommending fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Experience building knowledge assistants, intelligent search, document intelligence, or decision support platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, pandas, NumPy, Databricks, Jupyter, Git, Linux, and REST APIs.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
