Specialized Experience
To qualify for a NQ-4 (GS-15) position, a qualified candidates online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service, i.e., NQ-03 or GS-14.
An applicant that demonstrates experience applying advanced data science, machine learning, statistical analysis, computational modeling, and enterprise analytics to solve complex organizational problems. Experience must include designing predictive models, integrating multiple data sources, developing analytic tools, and communicating technical findings supporting strategic decision-making. Experience with enterprise data governance, AI/ML, cloud or large-scale data environments, and classified or highly sensitive information is highly desirable.

This position is announced under a government wide Direct-Hire Authority (DHA) for Data Scientist positions in the1560 series.
